Umso gr\u00f6\u00dfer war der Ehrgeiz, sich beim&nbsp;Abruderpokal&nbsp;zu behaupten und die Troph\u00e4e zu verteidigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"525\" height=\"296\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XjluLkPdaU4?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=de-DE&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr 2 Teams und unsere Jungmatrosen, hie\u00df es am 7.10.23, auf nach Grimma, um den Wanderpokal zu verteidigen. Denn wer diesen 3 x in Folge gewinnt, darf diesen endg\u00fcltig mit nach Hause nehmen. Das Ziel war also klar und musste nur noch umgesetzt werden. Auf geht&#8217;s!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wettkampfregeln:<\/strong> Um den Pokal zu gewinnen, muss das Team in 3 Disziplinen die h\u00f6chste Gesamtpunktzahl erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knoten\/Wurfleine\/Kutterrudern<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station<\/strong> <strong>1<\/strong>: An der Knotenbahn, an welcher man 10 Seemannsknoten auf Zeit knoten muss, erreichten alle Sportler gute Zeiten, fast ohne Fehler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weiter zur <strong>Station 2<\/strong>, dem Wurfleine werfen. Der vorherrschende Seitenwind, machte diese Disziplin f\u00fcr einige von uns zur Herausforderung, aber auch hier zahlte sich unser Techniktraining aus und so konnten wir auch hier, mit unseren Sportlern, viele Punkte holen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Station 3<\/strong>, das&nbsp;Kutterrudern&nbsp;\u00fcber 2500 Meter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endlich war es so weit, lange hatten wir darauf&nbsp;hingearbeitet und unser Training angepasst, um unser Ziel zu erreichen. Und was soll man sagen? Es hat sich gelohnt. Mit einer durchschnittlichen Schlagzahl von 30 Ruderschl\u00e4gen pro Minute und einer Zeit von 16:50 Minuten erlangte das Team 1, knapp 8 Sekunden hinter den aktuellen Deutschen Meistern des WSC Halle, den 2. Platz. Die Freude war gro\u00df und so errangen wir den 1. Platz in der Gesamtwertung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Abruderpokal ist wieder unser!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zitat nach dem Wettkampf: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>Ich freu mich,&nbsp; es war eine starke
